Registered Arborist Apprenticeship

At High Regard, we’re shaping the future of arboriculture through Hawaii’s first and only Registered Arborist Apprenticeship program. Developed in partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor, this three-year program combines 6,000 hours of hands-on training, 440 hours of classroom instruction, and mastery of more than 120 skilled competencies. It’s more than a job—it’s a structured path to growth, safety, and expertise, and a clear way to build a long-term career in a field that makes a lasting impact.
